Great pool. The rooms are a bit old and basic. Some minor things like the towel hanger were broken.
Breakfast was very generous and great cakes. Good location to visit the area by car.
Great atmosphere, beautiful place for relax, nice restaurant, perfect breakfast. And lovely pool in hot summer days...
Nice place to stay, the room has everything you need, fridge, wifi, air dryer. Bed is comfortable. Quite noisy on the morning and not really sound proof. On the other hand, the restaurant is good and price are ok. Wine is also good. You can pay by credit card. There is a parking in front of it. The area of thr swimming pool is very nice.

Perfect!!
It maybe be rather hidden, but well worth the travel. Some unpaved roads lead to it and on the main road, just before getting there one must take a small side road to get to it, only marked by a small sign with its name. But once you get …
Like everyone we met in Pulgia, Antonio and his family were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic spread of cakes as is normal in Southern Italy. When Janira, Aontonio's daughter noticed we didn't eat the cakes she offered us …
The location and the swimming pool with a nice patio surrounded by olive trees is amazing! We enjoyed our stay but the breakfast with home made cooked delicious cakes. The dinner was ok not super ! We did not like the number of animals who …
Enchanting place, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. The rooms are renovated but maintaining the traditional style of the farm. The quality of the products is high and the quality/price ratio is excellent. What needs to be completely revised is the service: the attention towards the customer is very poor and totally ruins the magic given by the place. It's a real shame because you work hard, but the attitude towards the guest undermines all your efforts.
I hope the following advice can be received as constructive criticism:
1- hospitality is the business card of the structure. An icy welcome translates into a negative impact, which can be avoided by SMILING at the guest at check-in and perhaps wishing them a welcome. (We didn't see the shadow of a smile neither at the welcome, nor at dinner, nor at breakfast, nor for the aperitif... never from any of you... pay attention!).
2- if a customer asks for a bottle of prosecco, a bucket of ice is automatically offered. It does not have to be requested by the guest. A good practice would also be to ask if you would like a trio (for a fee obviously)
3- if there are two guests and they sit down to dine, the pasta must be served together otherwise whoever receives it before the other will eat cold to wait for the other.
4- if two people want to share a dessert, two teaspoons must be brought to the table. The customer cannot get up to request it.
5- it would be useful to explain during check-in how breakfast works to prevent guests from feeling confused and looking around to understand how it works.
6- at the time of payment, if in addition to the cost of the room there are various extras, it is absolutely necessary to provide a summary to the guest before asking for payment, but above all if it is the guest who tries to provide a summary by mentioning the dinner, you can't present the position in front of him by saying "yes.. and other things".
Guys, we need to review everything, don't ruin what you have built with sacrifice.
